Art. 13
Disciplina dei beni mobili da cedere al Centro Meteo

In adempimento degli obblighi assunti con l'articolo 9 del "Supplementary Agreement between the Government of the Italian Republic and Regione Emilia-Romagna on the one hand and the European center for medium range weather forecast, on the other hand, concerning the premises of the center located in Italy" stipulato a Reading il 22 giugno 2017, la Regione è autorizzata a cedere in proprietà a titolo gratuito al Centro Meteo i beni mobili indicati nello stesso articolo 9 succitato, da individuarsi con atto amministrativo del dirigente regionale competente previo accordo con il Centro Meteo."
